WaterBlock™ Technology for Manufacturers
HzO Nanotechnology Manufacturing Process / Workflow
HzO’s business model allows ample scaling to meet the demands of both small and large manufacturers. Manufacturers have the option of shipping products to HzO’s coating facility in Draper, Utah to handle thousands of units, or installing HzO’s proprietary machinery on the factory floor to coat units on a mass scale. Large or small, HzO will meet your coating needs. HzO has developed various streamlined processes to ensure that each device that enters its facility for WaterBlock™ coating is handled with the utmost care. Timeliness is also key, and HzO makes customer communication a top priority.
Versatile Options for Manufacturing
HzO is versatile. Coating a variety of electronic devices and components within diverse industries is our specialty. Once we verify that a product is a good fit for the WaterBlock™ coating process, you can ship your units to the HzO facility, where our talented team of R&D analysts and engineers take over. The purpose of this HzO team is to assess the units and work directly with the manufacturers who made them. We develop a customized plan for the device, ensuring that our team can optimally execute the WaterBlock™ process for that particular unit. Once they complete the coating process, HzO’s quality control engineers check the units for complete functionality and ship them directly to the customer.
